Terms of service

By placing an order with Black Lux Food Truck you agree to these terms. Orders are accepted subject to availability; if an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to swap or refund it.

Pickup orders are held for 30 minutes after they are marked ready. Delivery times are estimates and can change with traffic and weather. Prices include tax where shown at checkout.

Rewards points have no cash value and may be adjusted if an order is refunded. Catering bookings are governed by the quote you accept, including the deposit and cancellation terms stated on it.
