Refund policy

If something is wrong with your order, tell us at the window or through Track My Order within the hour and we will make it right: a remake, a credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Orders cancelled before the kitchen starts them are refunded in full. Once an order is being prepared, we can no longer cancel it.

Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
